General conditions of sale (BLISSFUL LIVING BY RASHMEE)

Article 1: Scope of application

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of the NOMSOCIETE network. Is considered as "client" any natural or legal person making with the company NOMSOCIETE an order validated via our secure payment platform, or by check or cash.

Cards issued by banks domiciled outside India must be international bank cards (Mastercard or Visa). We do not accept American Express. Secure online payment by credit card is made through the company Stripe.
